Prices and Services
Rent
- Prices are based on one person. A daily amount of 5 EUR will be charged for a second person.
- The cost of cleaning upon leaving the property is 50 EUR.
- The minimum stay is 30 days
- Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartments.
- All prices include 7% VAT.
The price includes the following services for all apartments:
- Electricity
- Water
- Heating
- Cleaning (approx. every 10 days)
- Wi-Fi
- Telephone (calls to German landlines)
- Digital TV
- Close to public transport
Arrival and Departure
As agreed.
